To Do

1. Upload logos.
2. Create initial steward accounts
3. Create starter pages for all the disciplines/rooms
4. Install the MediaWiki MobileFrontend Extension
5. Configure MobileFrontend.
6. Research namespaces and permissions. We need to be able to restrict who can edit most namespaces, including the default namespace, and all of the discipline namespaces (such as Electronics, MetalArts, etc.) After doing a little research, I've decided that we should try to get by without editing restrictions for now.
7. Research site organization.
8. Set up outgoing email for notifications, password recovery/reset, and the like.
9. Do more locking down of the wiki and underlying system (at least restrict incoming SSH and HTTPS:42887 to my IP address). In progress.
10. Send invitations to the individual stewards and board members.

• Changed all names to first name + last initial at the Board's request. This is for privacy reasons because -- unlike Slack -- the wiki is visible to the general public, not just CreatorSpace members.

• Created accounts for all the board members.
• Uploaded the logo.
• Wrote some notes about steward and office/board member accounts.

Fri Sep 5

• Starting looking into how to lock down the wiki VPS further. I currently have SSH set up to disallow passwords for login -- a valid SSH public key is required. Unfortunately, this prevents logins using Lish (the Linode Shell). Started the setup of a second sshd instance that will allow passwords, but only for logins over /dev/ttyS0. Network logins will still require an SSH key. I'm not comfortable with the setup, so it's not in effect yet.

• Set up wiki accounts for stewards (and co-stewards)
• Created starter pages for all the creative disciplines
• Add Slack IDs with links to steward pages.
• Fixed the global timezone setting (oops: all logged times prior to this will be off by five or six hours).

• Finished initial setup of the wiki. Instructions on how to re-create it are here: SetupLog.
