- Upload logos

- Research namespaces and permissions. We need to be able to restrict who can edit most namespaces, including the default namespace, and all of the discipline namespaces (such as Electronics, MetalArts, etc.)
- Research site organization.
- Set up outgoing email for notifications, password recovery/reset, and the like,
