Actually, I have several notes for you;

1. I created accounts named for roles and not for people (by name). For example, the account for our President, is User:President, not User:KevinVogtmann. It's best if we separate personal content, which you might find at User:KevinVogtmann from official by-the-president content that Kevin creates in his role as President. Think about what happens one day when we elect a new president: you wouldn't want "presidential" content on the wiki to suddenly be owned by the person who is no longer president. For these kinds of reasons, we want to separate the role of President from the person serving as President.
2. The same reasoning applies not just to CreatorSpace officers and board members, but also stewards and co-stewards.
3. I have pre-populated all the officer, board member, and steward pages with simple content naming the person serving in that role. The user page User:President, for example, reads "Our President is Kevin Vogtmann (@kevin on Slack). As President, Kevin also serves on the Board of Directors. Kevin also serves as Electronics Steward."
4. Feel free to add as much content as you like to pages for the roles in which you serve, but please leave the existing content at the top of the page.
5. If you find mistakes or typos in the pre-created content, please let me know so I can correct it. You are free to make your own corrections, of course, but I would like to do it myself because doing so may prompt me to remember mistakes I've made on other pages too.
6. Those of you serving in more than one role will have more than one account on the wiki. I'll pick on Kevin again, because he is both our President and Electronics Steward. Kevin has both the User:President and User:ElectronicsSteward accounts because he serves in both roles. For those of you in similar positions: please, please, please, use the account appropriate to the content you are creating. Kevin will use the User:President account when he is, say, writing a page about CreatorSpace official policies or something like that, and he will use the User:ElectronicsSteward account when he is writing about the Electronics Room. I know it's inconvenient to have to log in to different accounts like this, but it's important for the content of the wiki that content authors are appropriate for the content in question.
7. We do not have shared accounts, so disciplines with more than one steward will have two accounts. For example, our Laser discipline has both User:LaserSteward and User:LaserCoSteward accounts. Valorie will use the Steward account and Austin will use the CoSteward account.
