WebSteward:ToDo

1. Upload logos.
2. Create initial steward accounts
3. Create starter pages for all the disciplines/rooms
4. Install the MediaWiki MobileFrontend Extension
5. Configure MobileFrontend.
6. Research namespaces and permissions. We need to be able to restrict who can edit most namespaces, including the default namespace, and all of the discipline namespaces (such as Electronics, MetalArts, etc.)
7. Research site organization.
8. Set up outgoing email for notifications, password recovery/reset, and the like.
